The hotel has a welcoming and helpful staff, making me feel at home. The rooms, though small, served their purpose well. The location, while not in a bustling area, offers a quieter stay, and the dining experience was a standout part of my visit.
The hotel room was decent but a bit smaller than expected for a king room. It was below ground level, so natural lighting was limited to the top of the window. The room felt a bit old but was okay overall, despite being crowded when arriving late. The location was excellent for transportation and walking to Downtown Brooklyn but felt unsafe at night. The dining options were varied and fresh, with a preference for the delivered fresh rye bagels. There were no specific comments on the facilities.

The service left much to be desired with unhelpful encounters and unexpected charges for parking. The location had its charm with nearby shops and eateries but wasn't in the best neighborhood.
